AAX does not provide a complete account close down once the account has completed verification process.

We offer our customer to freeze the account if needed. Please send the freeze account request to cs@aax.com alongside with your personal information, such as below:

- ID Proof

- User ID, Register Email/Phone Number

- Reason of the request

Once the request is submitted, our customer service team will reply the email with a request for verification. The process of freezing the account will take place once we have received your reply of your email, then the account will officially freeze in 7 working days.
