Kindly check the following procedures to ensure all criteria are met if you cannot receive email or SMS verification from AAX:
Please verify that the registered email is functional;
Please check if the email is received as spam;
Ensure your email is able to send and receive.
Ensure the device has good receiving signal;
Turn off any anti-virus software or firewall apps on the device if applicable;
Restart device If none of the above works.
The SMS code could be blocked due to the limitation of the local service provider. In any case you may not receive any Email/SMS code, we recommend users installing Google Authentication as a 2FA option.
