Are you not receiving an email or an SMS for your verification code? You can check the following bullets to fix the problem:

Email:

  • Please verify that the registered email is functional;

  • Please check if the email is received as spam;

  • Ensure your email can send and receive.

SMS:

  • Ensure the device has a good receiving signal;

  • Turn off any anti-virus software or firewall apps on the device, if applicable;

  • Restart the device If none of the above works.

The SMS code could be blocked due to the limitation of the local service provider. In any case, you may not receive any Email/SMS code, we recommend users install Google Authentication as a 2FA option.
