Types of accounts on AAX
AAX provides several account types or wallets for specific purposes:

Wallet Account Summary
Visit https://account.aax.com/en-US/wallets/ to see the account details page. This page will show your account details, total asset distribution, and daily asset trends.
a. Deposit: Please deposit corresponding cryptocurrencies from other platforms before performing spot trades.
BTC deposit as an example, copy the deposit address to the withdrawal page of the third-party platform. Next, confirm that the quantity and address are correct before submitting. Once deposited, please wait for complete confirmation then check your balance for an updated value.
b. Internal Transfer: Please deposit corresponding cryptocurrencies from other AAX accounts before performing spot trades.
BTC deposit as an example: Select “Internal Transfer”, enter AAX account ( email or phone number), click “Transfer” to complete the real-time transaction.
c. Withdrawals: The user needs to transfer the corresponding cryptocurrencies to the spot account before withdrawing, please enter the withdrawal address and the amount, then click ”withdraw”
d. Spot assets are displayed in Spot Account.
You can transfer cryptocurrencies from spot, cash or savings accounts before initiating any transactions.
Futures assets are displayed in your Futures Account.
You need to transfer the corresponding cryptocurrencies from Spot Account to Cash Account before any cash transactions.
Cash and Quick Buy assets are displayed in the Cash Account.
You need to transfer the corresponding cryptocurrencies to your Savings Account before subscribing to any AAX Savings products.
On the Savings page, just click "Transfer" from the upper right-hand corner of your browser.
