Due to extreme volatility and a surge of business, AAX platform underwent temporary maintenance at 07:44 UTC on Feb 22, 2021, which ended later that day and resumed all trading activity.

All users’ funds were safe as usual during the maintenance, but still we do apologize for any inconvenience or loss caused by this.

During and after the maintenance period, AAX platform and its CS team were fully committed to communicate with users regarding questions or losses caused by the maintenance. Up to now, AAX platform has fully negotiated with all 50+ users who contacted CS, and compensated and properly handled all customers' losses accordingly.
